As the executive director of a small nonprofit agency for 21 years, I came to realize that three things are true;

• You can't have friends at work.

• You are responsible for every thing that happens. Every. Single. Thing.

• It's lonely at the top!

This realization prompted me to begin writing down a never ending collection of stressful, irritating, hilarious and sometimes mind boggling leadership dilemmas, supervisory issues and staff interactions I experienced on a daily basis. The end result was this. A site for supervisors, managers, and other leaders to help you navigate the world of work.
