The Lonely Leader

The Lonely Leader Blog has been in development for over five years. As the concept simmered in the back of my mind, I started jotting down notes about the daily experiences of a busy executive director. I gathered tons of stories, but I struggled with how to discuss real-life situations and individuals and the publication of these stories,  leading me to choose an incognito profile picture - for now.

 

While I cherished my time as leader—mostly—and appreciated my coworkers—most of them—the experiences were too remarkable not to share!
